If you're someone who enjoys being out on the job site, coaching others, solving problems, and leading by example, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Project Safety Manager, you'll work alongside project managers, field crews, and subcontractors to build and maintain a strong safety culture from the ground up. You'll be a trusted resource on-site, helping teams stay safe while keeping projects moving forward.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility.
  • Developing and maintaining project safety plans and safety roadmaps.
  • Conducting job site inspections and safety audits.
  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA and all federal, state, and local safety regulations.
  • Investigating incidents and near misses while identifying ways to prevent them in the future.
  • Preparing and sharing weekly safety and incident reports with project leadership.
  • Leading or assisting with toolbox talks and ongoing safety training.
  • Working closely with project teams and subcontractors to make sure safety expectations are understood and followed.
  • Providing coaching and support to crews whenever safety concerns arise.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Leads by example and believes every incident is preventable.
  • Communicates well with employees at every level of a project.
  • Is confident addressing safety concerns and finding practical solutions.
  • Enjoys being in the field and working directly with crews.
  • Has experience managing construction safety on active job sites.
  • Understands OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.
  • Can stay organized while managing reports, inspections, and multiple priorities.

Why You'll Love This Role

  • Excellent pay
  • Overtime opportunities
  • Daily lunch
  • Benefits
  • PTO
  • Long-term project opportunities
  • Leadership that trusts you to do your job

This is more than a compliance position, it's an opportunity to make a real impact. You'll help create a work environment where people look out for one another, projects run more smoothly, and everyone returns home safely at the end of each day.

If you're passionate about construction safety and want to be part of a team that truly values its people, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today!
