What You'll Be Doing
As our Project Safety Manager, you'll work alongside project managers, field crews, and subcontractors to build and maintain a strong safety culture from the ground up. You'll be a trusted resource on-site, helping teams stay safe while keeping projects moving forward.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Promoting a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility.
- Developing and maintaining project safety plans and safety roadmaps.
- Conducting job site inspections and safety audits.
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA and all federal, state, and local safety regulations.
- Investigating incidents and near misses while identifying ways to prevent them in the future.
- Preparing and sharing weekly safety and incident reports with project leadership.
- Leading or assisting with toolbox talks and ongoing safety training.
- Working closely with project teams and subcontractors to make sure safety expectations are understood and followed.
- Providing coaching and support to crews whenever safety concerns arise.

- Enjoys being in the field and working directly with crews.
- Has experience managing construction safety on active job sites.
- Understands OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.
- Can stay organized while managing reports, inspections, and multiple priorities.
