Construction Project Manager

Job Description
- Ensure that outstanding customer service is provided in every client interaction
- Continuously verify that each team member knows what results they are accountable for
- Review plans, worksheets, and checklists to ensure projects run smoothly
- Train and enforce safety protocol among field team members
- Document phases of each project and prepare necessary parties to be involved
- Manage project budgets and change orders
- Monitor progress for ongoing projects daily
- Schedule client meetings as needed throughout projects
- Conduct weekly meeting with each individual foreman
- Communicate with sub-contractors to ensure they have greater than a two-week notice
- Forecast cash flow for draws that are due
- Work with the Inventory team to ensure they have all products needed/ordered for upcoming jobs
- Facilitate weekly meetings with production teams
- Creating appointments for production teams
- Run billing for appointments
- Conduct 5-5-5 reviews semi-annually
- Communicate daily with clients who have ongoing projects
- Maintain a minimum of 8-week forecast for production schedule
- Ensure production teams are on pace to meet budget (weather permitting)
- Maintain current status for draw schedule
- Schedule sub-contractors so that they are on the job site when we need them
- Able to forecast potential holes in schedule, obstacles in fulfilling commitments to clients
