...You'll fit right in. What You'll DoAs our Construction Foreman, you'll lead a skilled construction crew while keeping projects moving safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.Your day may include:
Leading the installation and renovation of in-ground vinyl liner pools
Supervising and motivating your crew
Operating construction equipment
Installing steel wall systems
Troweling vermiculite and concrete
Loading and unloading materials and equipment
Ensuring projects stay on schedule while delivering outstanding craftsmanship
What We're Looking ForWe're searching for someone who brings leadership, experience, and a positive attitude. Required Qualifications:
5+ years of construction foreman or crew leadership experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Equipment operating experience
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
