Concierge Team Member
Job Description
Are you ready to launch your career in a dynamic and growing company? Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Concierge Team Member to join their team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to interact directly with clients and internal teams, providing exceptional service and support while growing your skills in a high-performance, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of our client by engaging with both external and internal resources.
- Answer member calls and inquiries, reflecting company values and ensuring all inquiries are resolved.
- Manage client and general queries through email, tickets, and phone.
- Learn and utilize company technology to assist with locating information and guiding queries.
- Maintain intelligence, patience, and strong computer skills in all interactions.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with members, including tracking open items and resolving issues.
- Monitor benefit and technology administration processes to ensure accuracy and prevent issues.
- Respond promptly and accurately to system-related questions.
- Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service, contributing to high Net Promoter Scores.
- Follow up on missed calls and ensure timely and effective responses.
- Complete member inquiries via phone or email and record all interactions for quality and training purposes.
- Partner effectively with various members of the organization across multiple projects and teams.
- Continuously build knowledge about products and technology.
- Participate in professional development and training initiatives.
- Assist with project work, such as application field mapping and system testing.
- Seek opportunities for improving efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
