 The Concierge Team is responsible for providing the face of us through engaging interactions with both external and internal resources. Our Concierge Team Members will be responsible for answering all member calls and questions while reflecting our company values and seeing all inquiries to completion. This individual will manage client and general queries through email, tickets and phone. This entry level position has large potential for internal growth in an entrepreneurial fast-growing organization.

  • Candidate must have experience with Microsoft Excel and demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills. Additional proficiency required in Microsoft products including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. 
  • Candidate must maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times; providing personalized engaging interactions with internal and external resources.
 
Responsibilities:
 
 
  1. Manage day-to-day relationships with members, including open items logs and issue resolution.
  2. Proactively monitor benefit and technology administration processes to ensure accuracy and mitigate downstream issues.
  3. Respond quickly and accurately to system questions.
  4. Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service resulting in consistent high Net Promoter Scores (a measure of client satisfaction).  
  5. Follow up and return calls to members if calls are missed in a timely and effective manner.
  6. See all member inquiries to completion, either by phone or by email
  7. Record and track all member calls for quality and training purposes
  8. Successfully partner with various members of the organization across multiple projects and teams.
  9. Know and continually build knowledge about our products and technology.
  10. Actively participate in sponsored professional development and training initiatives.
  11. Assist with project work as assigned (examples include application field mapping, system testing)
  12. Proactively seek out opportunities for efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks.
  13. Other duties as assigned.
