We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our dynamic team and build lasting relationships with our clients.

Job Description:
As a Client Services Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring that all their printing needs are met with precision and professionalism. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all projects are completed according to specifications and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing quotes, and offering product recommendations.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent customer service and communication.

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time.

  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure that all client specifications and deadlines are met.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.

  • Coordinate project timelines and communicate any delays or changes to clients.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including order details, invoices, and delivery schedules.

  • Assist with troubleshooting any issues that arise with print jobs and work to resolve them promptly
