Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to financial advisors and leadership
Schedule client meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
Prepare and organize financial documents, reports, and client files
Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate records
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
Maintain compliance documentation and assist with regulatory paperwork
Support office operations including data entry, filing, and document management
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in financial services, banking, or wealth management
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
