What You’ll Do
Review, process, and resolve healthcare claims with accuracy and timeliness.
Communicate with providers, patients, and internal teams to clarify information.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Identify and escalate issues or trends to improve processes.
Deliver excellent customer service while balancing efficiency and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in claims, insurance, billing, or healthcare administration preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
