We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting employer groups, TPAs, and internal partners by ensuring claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and with care. What You’ll Do:

• Process claim files through multiple systems and TPA platforms with accuracy and attention to detail

• Communicate with employer groups, TPAs, and internal teams to resolve claims, inquiries, and adjustments

• Provide reports, documents, and credits to support clients and internal needs

• Manage and prioritize tickets, customer requests, and ad hoc reporting

• Partner with colleagues to improve processes and enhance customer experience

• Take on additional projects and responsibilities that support team success

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in medical claims processing (medical/health insurance preferred)

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
