CNC Machinist – Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
As a CNC Machinist, you'll work on a wide range of projects involving precision parts and components used in hydraulic equipment, industrial machinery, aerospace, and more. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Operating a variety of machine tools including lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses

• Reading blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements

• Machining parts to spec using both manual and computer-controlled equipment

• Inspecting parts for quality and ensuring conformance to tight tolerances

• Making hydraulic cylinder shafts, barrels, glands, and pistons

• Setting up machines and selecting appropriate tools for each job

• Performing repairs or adjustments as needed to ensure quality output

• Collaborating with a skilled team to meet production goals and deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining, ideally in a metalworking environment

• Strong blueprint reading skills and familiarity with DXF files

• Ability to set up machines and adjust programs as needed

• A solid understanding of metal properties and machining techniques

• Strong math and analytical skills

• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• A positive, team-oriented attitude

• Experience with Proto Trak software is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship a plus
