Job Description
1st Shift CNC Machine Operator
Location: Brookfield, WI

What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC machine tools and make offset adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Perform repetitive machining work with consistency and precision.
- Read blueprints at a basic level and correlate them with inspection protocols.
- Assist in machine setup under the supervision of a machinist.
- Apply basic machining techniques and understand control functions.
- Run multiple machines as part of a production cell to maximize efficiency.
- Utilize GD&T knowledge for precision manufacturing.
- Train and mentor operators on repetitive job tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma (CNC technical diploma preferred)
- 2+ years of machining experience
- Proficiency in measuring equipment for quality control
- Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment
