We're looking for a Billing Maestro to orchestrate our billing processes and ensure every transaction hits the right note. In this role, you'll be the conductor of our billing symphony, harmonizing customer accounts, documents, and processes into a seamless performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Harmonization: Assist in classifying and assigning document types to scanned documents, creating a well-organized symphony of records.
- Billing Brilliance: Process customer bills and close terminals with finesse. Your expertise in rate agreements and customer profiles will ensure that every invoice is accurate and timely.
- Team Ensemble: Collaborate with fellow billing specialists, providing support and sharing your knowledge to ensure the team performs at its best.
- Profile Maestro: Maintain and update billing customer profiles with precision, keeping all documents and records in perfect harmony.
- Administrative Notes: Handle administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth flow of operations and the overall success of the team.
- Dynamic Duties: Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Pricing, Billing & Settlements. Adaptability and creativity are key as duties evolve with management’s needs.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: High School diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Prior experience in clerical, pricing, or accounts receivable roles is preferred.
Skills and Attributes:
- Data Entry Expertise: Proficient in entering data with accuracy and efficiency—your attention to detail is second to none.
- Organizational Wizardry: Strong organizational skills that allow you to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with ease.
- Communication Pro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with customers and team members.
- Multitasking Talent: Ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other proprietary systems, with a flair for learning new tools.
- Pressure Performer: Comfortable working under time constraints and meeting deadlines without missing a beat.
