Position Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Production Supervisor. In this role, you will lead and motivate a diverse production team to meet daily manufacturing goals, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in every aspect of the operation. Your bilingual skills will be crucial in communicating with and coaching team members, ensuring that everyone can perform at their best. This position is key in maintaining our positive culture while driving operational excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage daily operations on the production floor, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of production targets
  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of production workers, fostering a motivating and respectful work environment
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, ensuring that all team members understand tasks, safety guidelines, and quality standards
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols and procedures, promoting a safe workplace for all employees
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to resolve production challenges and improve processes
  • Conduct daily production meetings to review progress, address concerns, and celebrate successes
  • Track and report production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Support the hiring, onboarding and training of new employees to ensure they integrate smoothly into the team and understand company standards

Job Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required
  • Three+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least one year as a supervisor 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to motivate and lead teams
  • Knowledge of safety standards, chemical production processes, and continuous improvement techniques
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve production-related issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
