Job Title: Hose Assembly Specialist
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hose Assembly Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate and high-quality manufacturing of a wide range of industrial hose assemblies. This is a hands-on position that requires excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Build custom and standardized industrial hose assemblies based on demand and production schedule.

Follow all work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manufacturer guidelines to ensure high-quality production.

Safely utilize various pneumatic, hand, and electric tools during the assembly process.

Retrieve necessary components from the distribution center to complete the assemblies.

Complete and maintain accurate production records.

Perform various quality assurance tests on completed assemblies.

Inspect components for defects and notify the manager of any potential non-conformities.

Collaborate with other team members to complete hose assemblies efficiently.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety protocols.
