Global International Manufacturing company with solid reputation and stellar benefits is looking to add to their Customer Service Team.
Responsible for interacting with Customers, Sales, Operations and multiple internal departments and external business partners to handle a variety of pre-sale, order fulfillment and post-sales service functions, with a focus on order fulfillment. This includes order entry management, and logistics. This role will serve as back-up to the Customer Service Representative in Mexico. You must be able to read, speak, and write fluently in Spanish.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Receives and processes both domestic and international orders in company-based ERP system.
- Determines product availability, pricing, and delivery methods, understanding special customer requirements; checks for accuracy and completeness, and communicates with customers regularly.
- Fields and owns Customer related product issues/Customer Service Requests (CSRs)
- Updates customer specific data in company-based ERP System and other systems to ensure accuracy in customer information.
