Bilingual Client Services Specialist

Job Description

Opportunity to work for an innovative, growing company that helps change lives daily. Our client is looking to add a to their client services team.  As the Bilingual Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for answering member calls and inquiries through email, tickets, and phone.  Responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day relationships with members including open items logs and issue resolution 
  • Monitor technology administration processes to ensure accuracy and follow up
  • Respond quicky to system questions 
  • Follow up and return member calls 
  • Track member calls 
  • Actively build knowledge about products and technology 
  • Assist with additional projects that arise 

Job Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish 
  • 1-3 years of Customer Service experience
