As the Bilingual Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for answering member calls and inquiries through email, tickets, and phone. Responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day relationships with members including open items logs and issue resolution
- Monitor technology administration processes to ensure accuracy and follow up
- Respond quicky to system questions
- Follow up and return member calls
- Track member calls
- Actively build knowledge about products and technology
- Assist with additional projects that arise
