About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Benefits Specialist to support the administration of employee benefits programs in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for employees while ensuring benefits processes run smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with regulations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and helping employees understand and manage their benefits.
Krystyna recently took the exciting step of beginning her professional journey after graduating from the University of Alabama in the summer of 2025 with a degree in Chemistry. She joined Hatch as an ELITE Intern, eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Krystyna embraces new challenges and is motivated by the opportunity to learn, contribute, and make a meaningful impact each day.
Outside of her work Krystyna enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her two one-year-old German Shepherds. She is excited about this new step in her career and brings a positive, enthusiastic attitude to everything she does.
