Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Benefit Analyst to manage client and employee queries through various channels including email, tickets, and phone. The ideal candidate will be adept at learning and utilizing our clients technology to effectively guide and resolve inquiries. This role demands a blend of strong communication skills, patience, and technical acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client and Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for client support, handling questions, issues, and escalations.
- System Queries: Respond promptly and accurately to system-related questions from clients and employees.
- Case Resolution: Conduct research and analysis to resolve employee cases efficiently.
- Task Execution: Perform tasks based on standardized process guides, including audits, processing, submission, and testing.
- Process Monitoring: Proactively monitor benefit and technology administration processes to ensure accuracy and prevent downstream issues.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct data auditing and data entry in the benefit administration system to maintain high-quality standards.
- Data Management: Handle data entry, application entry, and outreach for employee escalations.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with various teams and members on multiple projects and initiatives.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously build and enhance knowledge of products and technology.
- Professional Development: Actively participate in training and development programs.
- Efficiency Improvement: Seek and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks.
