Key Responsibilities:

• Component Assembly: Assemble various components and products using hand tools, power tools, and machinery according to detailed blueprints, schematics, or assembly instructions.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines. Communicate any issues or concerns promptly to supervisors or team leads.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve minor issues that arise during the assembly process. Escalate more complex problems to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in assembly or a similar role utilizing blueprints is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.

• Skills: Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to understand and utilize technical documents.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in assembling and inspecting products.

• Communication: Good communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and proactively communicate is a must.
