We are seeking detail-oriented and organized App Submission Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will manage application submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. You will serve as a critical link between customers, internal teams, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Review, prepare, and submit applications accurately and on time
Ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines and regulations
Manage documentation and maintain thorough records of submissions
Communicate professionally with internal teams and customers to coordinate information
Navigate forms, portals, and systems to validate data and ensure accuracy
Evaluate applications for completeness and resolve issues as needed
Support process improvements and problem-solving efforts related to submissions
Qualifications & Skills
