- Sales Order Prep

- Creating and releasing job orders in the system
- Preparing logistics for orders
- Printing order paperwork
- Invoice Support
- Entering and tracking shipping information and details
- Pulling and preparing sales orer paperowrk for creating invoices
- Sales Order Support
- Receiving and preparing sales orders for data entry
- Analyzing and editing orders, product information, pricing, shipping instructions
- Sending out sales acknowledgements, order changes, order status
Job Requirements
1-2 years of office administrative experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
