Job Description

Are you looking for a family friendly, employee-oriented culture that can offer you stability and consistency in your daily responsibilities!  As the Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for entering, reviewing and ensuring accuracy for customer orders.  Essential Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Receiving and preparing orders for data entry. Analyzing and editing orders for completeness of product details. 
  • Data entry of sales orders.
  • Emailing order confirmation and acknowledgements with shipping details or changes that arise. 
  • Respond to vendor emails on order status. 
  • Assist with updating annual pricing processes and lists distributed throughout the team. 
  • Review and send follow up on discrepancies.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Strong Data Entry Skills.
