What You’ll Do
Provide administrative support including answering phones, managing emails, and organizing files.
Assist with client communications, policy documentation, and data entry.
Coordinate meetings and help maintain schedules for the team.
Support day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.
What We’re Looking For
Previous administrative or office experience preferred, but not required.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
