We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support a busy executive with both professional and personal tasks. This role requires discretion, reliability, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and email correspondence
Handle personal errands, appointments, and household coordination
Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting notes
Serve as a key point of contact and gatekeeper
Support special projects and daily priorities as needed
