We’re seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Admin Assistant to support our CRM operations and help keep data clean, accurate, and actionable. This role is perfect for someone tech-savvy, organized, and eager to grow in Salesforce administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Salesforce data entry, cleanup, and reporting
Support users with basic troubleshooting and navigation
Maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders
Help document processes and user guides
Collaborate with the Salesforce Admin on updates and projects

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic Salesforce knowledge or willingness to learn
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
