Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for streamlining office operations? We're seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the efficiency and success of our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:          

  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail and emails.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring timely retrieval of documents as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings.
  • Respond to phone calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Assist in preparing and editing documents, such as reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Support the organization of company events, workshops.
