ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Manage invoices on accounts.
Attach purchase orders to invoices and move invoice to accounts.
Pick tickets, bill of ladings and create email invoices according to company practices.
Manage open/blanket purchase orders.
Submit invoices to customers.
Post and apply payments to accounts.
Organize and process payments for credit card and ACH orders.
Liaison for the accounts payable department.
Assist in collections as needed.
Assist in special projects as needed.
Backup to phones.
