Job Description

FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY! 30 HOURS A WEEK. GREAT CULTURE!
 
 
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Manage invoices on accounts.
Attach purchase orders to invoices and move invoice to accounts.
Manage open/blanket purchase orders
Post and apply payments to accounts.
Liaison for the accounts payable department.
Run and mail school district account statements monthly near beginning of month.
 
 
Daily books
 
Registers – alternate days
Reconcile registers and daily books
Prepare bank deposit
 
 
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
 
Mailings and Postage Machine.
Post mail every morning before 10 am.
Refill & update postage as needed.
Thank You Notes to Customers.
 
Run Thank You Note report each month.
Distribute report and post cards to sales staff to send out thank you notes.
Daily Sales Report.
Using the Daily Sales Report, put a note in the Customer Contact Management section.
