Process billing and cash collections.
Coordinate with Project Managers to provide monthly accounting reporting for revenue recognition
and billings.
Organize monthly monitoring of billings and receivables activities to ensure timely invoicing and
cash collections.
Serve as a back-up to the Payables function.
Assist with accounting for other company initiatives with assistance from other department
teammates.
Complete special projects as requested by the CFO and Controller.

An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3 years of relevant
work experience
Prior Accounting experience in a Service Industry preferred, but not required.
Experience with integrated accounting software: Deltek Vantagepoint experience is helpful but not
required.
Architectural or Engineering industry experience is a plus.
