Job Description

Opportunity to join a well-established family-owned trusted business with a lot of growth opportunity.  Their accounting team is looking to add an Accounting Clerk due to growth.  Responsibilities include:

  • Processing payables for disbursements
  • Cutting checks 
  • Documentation processing 
  • Reconciliation of accounts 
  • Handling of vendor payments and setups 
  • Wire transfers and ACH payments 
  • 1099s
  • Backup to A/R if needed 
  • Additional project support 

Job Requirements

1-3 years of general accounting support 

Ability to manage deadlines
