Job Description
- Ability to enter data into computer data base
- Ability to process and file payrolls in Paylocity software
- Ability to compile payroll supporting reports and documentation
- Ability to file maintain employee records
- Ability to perform A/P invoice and payment processing and filing in ERP software
- Ability to follow, create, and implement vendor payment procedures
- Ability to document job procedures
- Ability to perform as back up position for Accounts Receivable
- Ability to perform account reconciliations for A/P and payroll
- Ability to keep strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to perform other responsibilities as needed or required
