We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support day-to-day accounting operations and keep financial records accurate and up to date. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working with numbers and processes.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Enter and reconcile financial data and transactions
Support payroll processing and expense tracking
Prepare reports and assist with month-end activities
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Communicate with vendors and internal teams as needed
Assist with audits and special projects
Experience in an accounting or finance support role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
1+ year of accounting experience preferred
