Well established highly reputable organization is looking to add to their accounting team due to growth. They are looking for an Accounting Assistant to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Receiving shipping receipts and matching to purchase orders
- Prepares daily customer and vendor invoicing
- Prepare month-end close activities and reporting
- Reconcile General Ledger accounts
- Perform monthly review and cleanup of various reports and audit invoices billed
- Performs monthly review of vendor invoices and time entered for processing
- Enter employee expense reporting
- Analysis of Accounts Receivable making recommendations
