We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Controller to support the financial operations of a growing organization. This role partners closely with the Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and help drive process improvements across the accounting function.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and journal entries
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls
Support external audits and coordinate with auditors as needed
Help streamline accounting processes and implement best practices
Provide guidance and support to accounting staff
