Job Description

Staff Accountant

Join a collaborative and supportive team where your contributions are valued and your career can grow. We're seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
