- Managing day-to-day relationships with members, opening and resolving questions

- Follow up to system questions
- Complete all member inquiries throughout the process
- Additional projects that arise
Job Requirements
Customer service experience
Microsoft Excel knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft products
College degree preferred but not required
