Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll lead the charge in generating new business and strengthening long-term client partnerships. You’ll set ambitious sales goals, build a strong prospecting routine, and use data-driven KPIs to track performance and fuel consistent growth. In collaboration with the VP of Sales & Marketing and Sales Manager, you’ll shape your own sales strategy—and execute it with confidence.

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll attend client events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to create meaningful connections, generate leads, and represent  professionalism and enthusiasm. Travel required.
What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business through daily prospecting and strategic outreach.

  • Build annual sales projections and exceed revenue and margin targets using a strong funnel process.

  • Maintain accurate, timely client data in the ERP/CRM to manage and grow your book of business.

  • Partner with the sales and marketing teams on client retention strategies and creative new-business plans.

  • Leverage an omni-channel approach—social media, networking, and trade shows—to generate high-quality leads.

  • Strengthen and expand relationships with assigned clients while supporting key accounts as needed.

  • Participate in a comprehensive 3–4 week onboarding program at corporate HQ.
What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in the exhibit or experiential marketing industry.

  • A proven ability to sell to C-suite and director-level decision makers.

  • Trade show sales experience

  • History of managing $3–$5M in annual client revenue.

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for measurable, sustainable results.

  • Excellent communication skills and a reputation for integrity and reliability.

  • Ability to travel, attend events, and meet all company hiring requirements.

  • Valid U.S. Work authorization and driver’s license.
