Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary contact for clients, managing their benefits programs and ensuring a seamless experience. You’ll build trusted relationships, provide consultative support, and work closely with internal teams and carriers to deliver outstanding service.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts
Support plan administration, renewals, compliance, and open enrollment
Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve client needs
Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen benefits programs
Maintain accurate client records and identify opportunities for growth
What You Bring:
Experience in account management or benefits/insurance preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Insurance license a plus (or willingness to obtain)
