Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing policy guidance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will act as a key liaison between clients and insurance carriers, assisting with policy renewals, claims support, and coverage recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and coverage changes
- Provide guidance on insurance products and risk management solutions
- Assist clients with claims processing and resolution
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Experience in account management or customer service within the insurance industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client needs efficiently
- Insurance licensing (preferred or required, depending on the role)
