Account Manager
Job Description
We are hiring!
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee client relationships and manage internal and external projects. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, brokers, partners, and carriers, handling everything from day-to-day interactions to complex project execution. Your role will involve ensuring client satisfaction, guiding team members, and maintaining a thorough understanding of our systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain day-to-day relationships with all levels of client contacts, including managing open items logs, conducting client calls, and providing training on new and existing features.
- Project Execution: Execute project plans by completing supporting materials such as Requirements Documents and Meeting Notes, ensuring clients transition smoothly from implementation through ongoing support.
- Process Monitoring: Proactively monitor benefit and technology administration processes to ensure accuracy and address any potential downstream issues.
- Team Coaching: Guide and support downstream team members with process documentation, training, and validation of their execution. Assist in prioritizing tickets and emails.
- Task Execution: Complete assigned tasks and projects efficiently and accurately.
- System Support: Respond quickly and accurately to system questions, and research and resolve client inquiries regarding system and process issues.
- System Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all systems and processes to effectively address client needs and inquiries.
- Escalation Management: Triage and respond to system questions, including handling escalations from clients.
- Ticket Prioritization: Prioritize and manage tickets for member/employee-level analyst and specialist teams.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Understand client requirements and specifications to serve as the subject matter expert on all related topics.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with various teams on multiple projects and initiatives.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously build and update knowledge of products and technology.
- Professional Development: Actively engage in professional development and training initiatives.
- Efficiency Improvement: Seek out and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
