What are we looking forOur team is growing and our industry is still seeing steady increases and we're looking for motivated team members that want to join in the excitement of the industry. As we continue to see growth, we are looking to add a couple of additional relationship managers.

SELF-MANAGED - Our team is self-managed. They look to each other for advice, support, and resources but they don’t need to be told what to do or how to do it. They are trained on our outcomes, given best practices and processes to meet our brand, and they run their desks like their own business.
