Fantastic Role! AR/AP Specialist!

  • Processes and manages all invoices for Accounts Receivable & Payable in SysPro.
  • Prepares and process all company checks using SysPro.
  • Reconcile bank account.
  • Maintains company cash flow sheet.
  • Creates and places purchase orders.
  • Confer with President & VP on Cash Flow & Income/Balance Sheets
  • Maintains and documents items for Insurance Premium and Worker Compensation yearly audits.
  • Monitor department budgets.
  • Assists in preparation of tax documents for outside accounting firm
