Job Description

Do you thrive on keeping payments precise, vendors happy, and invoices in perfect order? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to own the AP process, ensuring bills are paid on time and records stay spotless!

What You’ll Do:

Process invoices & payments with accuracy and speed
Reconcile statements & resolve discrepancies like a pro
Maintain vendor records & ensure compliance
Assist with month-end closing & reporting
Collaborate across departments for smooth financial operations

What You Bring:

1-3 years of AP or accounting experience
Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
Proficiency in accounting software & Excel
Excellent communication & organizational abilities
