Job Title: Second Shift Lead – Distribution Warehouse
Pay: $24.00/hour + $1.50/hour shift premium
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Second Shift Lead for our distribution warehouse. This role is responsible for overseeing second shift operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience and is skilled at leading a team to achieve daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse associates on the second shift.
Operate stand-up Crown forklifts safely and efficiently.
Train and motivate team members to meet productivity and safety standards.
Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
Monitor inventory and assist with cycle counts as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with all company policies.
Requirements:
Proven supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
Proficiency with stand-up Crown forklifts.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to work second shift hours.
