We’re seeking a results-driven 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee operations in our heavy machinery facility. This role ensures safety, quality, and productivity on the evening shift.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support production team to meet shift goals
Enforce safety and quality standards
Monitor workflows and troubleshoot issues
Train, coach, and evaluate team members
Communicate shift performance to leadership
Qualifications:
3+ years of manufacturing or production leadership experience
Strong knowledge of heavy machinery or industrial operations
Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to work 2nd shift hours
