Job Description

Well established organization that treats their employees like family and offers growth opportunities is looking for a 2nd shift Plant Manager.  They will ensure the production of the company products at the highest quality while meeting company performance standards and customer specifications.  Oversee the team ensuring they meet the standards of performance and safety standards. 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Leading, scheduling, and delegating daily work assignments
  • Scheduling and adjusting daily production schedules 
  • Resolving any issues that arise 
  • Ensuring all quality and safety standards and requirements are being met, training included 
  • Coaching employees, and managing employee performance 
  • Reviewing processes and procedures for improvements 

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading and supervising teams within manufacturing 
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP/SAP Systems preferred
