Location: Northwest Milwaukee
Are you a skilled leader with stand-up Crown forklift experience? We are seeking a Second Shift Lead who is ready to take charge, drive performance, and keep operations running smoothly on our warehouse floor. If you have the experience and the drive, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise second shift team and daily operations
Operate stand-up Crown forklifts safely and efficiently
Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping
Support inventory and cycle counts
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience
Stand-up Crown forklift experience (required)
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
Strong communication and organizational skills
