Recruiting Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Recruiting Consultant to join our boutique staffing firm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting talented candidates with exciting opportunities, possess strong interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
Source and attract top candidates through various channels
Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet job requirements
Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients

Requirements:

Prior experience in recruiting or staffing industry a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
No degree necessary
