Part-time Payroll Specialist - Elkhorn Wisconsin Facility

Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Payroll Specialist in Elkhorn, WI.  Extremely flexible schedule.  This position will be responsible for processing payroll for all hourly and salaried employees at all locations throughout the Wisconsin area.  

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process bi-weekly, multi-state payroll 
  • Accurately add new hires into database
  • Update payroll and HR spreadsheets
  • Process terminations 
  • Process payroll related changes 
  • Maintain accurate record keeping of all payroll documents 
  • Prepare and submit standard payroll reports 
  • Benefit invoice reconciliation 
  • Participate in key projects to drive improvements in payroll 
  • Maintain documentation and files for all relevant payroll databases
  • Other projects assigned 

Job Requirements

1-3 years of payroll experience
