Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to ensure that products meet the required standards of quality before reaching our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and evaluating products at various stages of production, identifying defects, and recommending corrective actions. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, knowledge of quality control processes, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
  • Conduct tests to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards.
  • Document and report defects, deviations, and test results.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality checks and inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications and blueprints.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:

  • Manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials when necessary.
